Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement to determine your cup size. Each inch difference corresponds to a cup size (e.g., 1 inch = A cup, 2 inches = B cup, and so on).

Ensure that the band is snug but not too tight. It should sit parallel to the ground and provide support without digging into your skin.
The center front of the bra (between the cups) should lay flat against your chest.
